Tuition
Tuition payments will be made to SMART Tuition Management Services. SMART provides the
administrative functions associated with the billing and collection of payments. New families
are required to fill out a SMART form. SMART offers the convenience of automatic deductions from
your bank account, payments by mail, web or telephone. Additionally, payments may be charged to Amex, Discover or Mastercard. (A convenience fee applies to all credit card payments). If you choose automatic deductions from your checking account, we will need a “voided” check. SMART charges a once-a-year administrationfee to manage your account. (See Tuition and fee Schedule for amount). This fee will be added to your first tuition installment. (If you elect the Annual Pay Option, you will not be charged the administration fee. In this case your payment-in-full will be made to our Rectory, not SMART).
About our buildings
Our Fr. Joseph McShain Building houses grades preschool to 4. this is also the location of the main office, science lab, computer lab, gym and art room. This building is located in the middle of the block on Mason Avenue. Look for the red and gold “Saint Andrew School” sign.
Our Fr. John Hughes Building contains houses grades 5 to 8. All students eat lunch in Msgr. McGettigan Hall which serves as a multipurpose room. This building is located at the corner of Foss Avenue and School Lane across the street from Saint Andrew Church.

New Student Application
Please bring the completed Application Packet and the required fees to the main office. St. Andrew parishioners and Catholic families from parishes without schools are given priority enrollment status. All others are considered on a first come, first served basis. Students are not officially enrolled until an acceptance letter is received.

*Tuition payments for the 2021-2022 School year begin in June. Registrations made during the summer months require the stated fees and tuition payments for the months already paid by other parents. These payments must be made in cash, cashier's check or money order. Personal checks and credit cards are not accepted.
